Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

A vintage Mission style mahogany or cherry mirrored dresser.
American, early 20th Century
The rectangular straight edged top surmounted by a mirrored element with outset cornice, the corresponding case fitted with two short over one long drawer, over two cabinet doors, all on straight legs joined by H-stretchers.
53 inches height overall; 48 inches wide, 20 inches deep
CONDITION: With a dark, possibly later, finish; appears to be in good condition with wear commensurate to age and use.
