This is a vintage, early 20th century, ladies vanity set. It is done in sterling silver, crystal, and guilloche enamel with hand painted floral decoration. The pieces are stamped sterling, which does have a precious metal meltdown value. The S B mark is for Saart Brothers, an American silver smith firm in Attleboro, Massachusetts that was established in 1906 and still in business today. Your set is monogrammed, which does slightly impact value. Guilloche enamel is desirable, as is hallmarked sterling, and the set is sizable/complete. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
I have added more pictures, with a magnifying glass, it is an S and B with a symbol in between by tge word sterling.
Please add a more clear, in-focus, extreme close-up of the stamped initials next to the word 'sterling' on one of the pieces as well as a close-up of the design on lid of one of the jars.
