What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be an early 20th century 1910s Morimura Noritake Coffee set of exquisite hexagonal most stylish design, moriage hand decorated with gloss gilding and in excellent condition. The estimate is based on similar sold at auction. Prices in the trade are higher and can vary. A serious collector in need of a replacement might be willing to pay more than the high estimate.
