Inherited from Grandmother. Good condition. Has an Asian design on top as well as a rectangular glass piece that covers the top. Has a side drawer lined with felt. Also, 2 big wheels and 2 small.

According to the LiveAuctioneers website, there have been a half-dozen Paalman tea carts that have been auctioned since 2006, including one that is also Oriental style. These have sold for prices ranging from $17 to $125. Taking these into consideration in comparison with this one, yours is worth $60-90.

The rectangular top issuing a handle and lift-out tray under glass depicting two Asian figures in a landscape, the top with hinged demilune drop leaves with scalloped edges, raised on four turned legs terminating in a platform, raised on two large 8-spoke wheels and two small wheels. With ebonized surface and gilt highlights overall. Presumably labeled underneath.
29-1/4 inches tall, 29-3/4 inches long, 17 inches wide (closed); 34-1/2 inches wide (open)
CONDITION: This tea trolley appears to be in good condition.
