Yes, that is exactly what I mean, thank you for giving me the OK to reach out to an external language specialist. I will be in touch once I have heard back.
Sure. I look forward to get the report at the earliest
Thanks
I've just had an out-of-office reply that the expert will be away for a couple of weeks so it will take longer than usual. I trust that is still OK? In the meantime, what can you tell me about the condition of the plate? It looks as though it has cracks and/or has been repaired?
Hi Madelia,
In case of couple of weeks then I think we can evaluate other items and leave this for a moment.
Please let me know how can we do that since we want to get it done at the earliest. We have multiple items and we can plan for other item than this.
Awaiting your prompt reply
Regards,
Mohammed
Dear Madelia,
Kindly update.
Wont possible for us to wait for few weeks.

Here's what I can tell you so far. The Arabic script reads in part "14th Muslim Century" which correlates to 1882-1980. The top line looks like a name to me—something like (but not exactly) Nuruddin. Part of the middle line appears to have a form of the name/word Allah (God).
I strongly suspect that this is a plate made in England to address the market for Orientalist wares that were popular in the late 19th century. It appears to be cracked - can you please advise the extent of that so I can value? Thanks!
Hi Madelia,
Thanks for the revert.
Actually it has minor line crack however you cant feel it on plate too. Looks very thin crack line.
Regards,
Mohammed
