Antique silk rug
Purchased by my great-uncle in Europe in the 1930’s. Was antique when he purchased and used as a wall-hanging for decades. Hand-knotted silk.

Purchased in Europe by my great uncle who was in the US foreign service in WW2. He displayed as a wall-hanging. Unsure of its provenance before that.
