Presumably not genuine

Thank you for submitting your items for appraisal. These appear to be modern chinese reproductions of japanese Katana / Wakizashi swords, late 20th century. The shagreen on the grip appears to be plastic. Such reproductions have no market value. You can buy similar for less than two hundred directly in China. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item.
