Based on the photographs and information submitted, you have a Georgian style carved mahogany extending dining table, circa 1940-50.
The condition looks a little rough - it is missing part of at least one foot and the finish looks old, faded and in need of some polishing.
There are a lot of these kinds of tables on the market at the moment; in this case, supply outweighs demand. Similar tables at auction are selling in the $125-175 range.
