Several planers, folding measuring implements, torch etc. Labels on some say late 19th century but who knows.
We all had antique collections we got as we visited flea markets etc. Mine was antique tools and sure enough I ended up a carpenter.
Hi Tony,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. So that I may best assist you, can you please confirm that the collection totals 8 planes, 1 clamp, 1 torch, 3 hinged measures, 1 awl(? - it's a corkscrew looking thing), 1 small hammer, 1 wrench and 1 square?
Are all of them signed/marked? Can you tell me which ones are signed/marked?
Thanks!
Delia
Lots of pictures of the labels/stamps.
Thanks, Tony. I've priced them individually; together they add up to about the amount (rounded slightly) should you offer the entire collection at auction.
