Antique Urn
I do not know too much about this, assuming it’s an urn. It weighs 13.6lbs and is 20.5in high. I do not see any markings, but it does have a sticker, that I believe says “CC” and perhaps an item #. He had some other items with the same type of sticker, so maybe it’s a sticker from the store he purchased them at. It was purchased sometime in the 1980’s. He passed away in the early 1990’s, hence my lack of knowledge about it.

Like the Roman Soldier figure you've submitted an appaisal for, which I just did, this is also part of that group of things that were made for tourists going on their Grand Tour of Europe in the late 19th/early 20th Century. These urns were often made and sold in pairs
The sticker is a shipping label; it does not have anything to do with the maker etc of this.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A Grand Tour Classical Style Cast Metal Covered Urn
European, late 19th-early 20th Century
Of bold style and shape with acanthus decorated finial, large shaped handles with acanthus and cherub decoration, the pinched waist of the urn decorated with cherubs, all on a quadrupartite base.
