The impressed numbers are probably model numbers but - to date - there isn't a database keeping track of these numbers and connecting them to furniture shops so without any identifier (label, brand, signature, tag) there's no way to know who made this desk.
The boldly turned legs and shaped X-stretchers denote this to be influenced by furniture made in England during the Jacobean period and the reign of James I (1603 to 1625); veneers were also used to embellish pieces, though this practice became more commonplace with later Stuart rulers.
During the Colonial Revival period (late 19th and early-mid 20th Century), it was fashionable to model furniture after earlier periods; yours was made towards the later part of that spread according to its construction techniques.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
An antique Colonial Revival Jacobean style burl walnut veneer desk,
Unattributed maker, In the English manner, early 20th Century
Of rectangular section, the quarter-veneered walnut top with molded edge over a frame fitted with two deep drawers centering one short drawer, raised on 8 inverted trumpet-turned legs, joined by shaped X-stretchers, all on compressed bun feet. Inscribed "7088/15689".
