Antonio Citterio nesting tables
B&B Italia, low profile tables made from steel, and custom poured, refined white plastic. The tables are marked with a label of authenticity bearing the designers name, Antonio Citterio , and the numeric value of 26/1 . A mark or signature that appears to be the letter B with the #2 on top of the B is also on the label. Archived information available through the internet suggests the manufacturing date for this series of tables, known as "solo", is most likely 1988-1989. The condition of both tables is excellent. The sizes of the tables are as follows: Larger Table: 35" x 39.75" x 8.5" Smaller Table: 35" x 37.75" x 6"
Inherited from my nephew who relocated from Los Angeles, California to Florida. Tables have been in a climate controlled storage facility to ensure their safety and protection

This is a set of vintage, late 20th century, mid 1980's Italian designed low profile nesting tables in white and steel metal that are known as the 'Solo' set that was sold through B&B Italia and designed by Antonio Citterio (born 1950) an architect, industrial and furniture designer from Milan. B&B Italia is a high quality modern design furniture company based in Italy that was founded in 1966. The Solo series is Minimalist in design. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
