Very old, probably late 1800's early 1900's. Doesn't work. Black rusted case. Stem is missing the bow. The back has 2 winders

2.5" from side to side without the stem3" with the stem

Provenance

Found in my sister's attic after her death. Think it belonged to a great grandfather

What does this mean?

A Gentleman's Gun Metal Handwind Open Faced Pocket Watch, circa 1890,
the white enamel dial with Arabic numerals with seconds sub dial, inner case engraved Archimedes Reveil, bow on stem deficient.

It is possible to remove the rust but that would mean removing the patina
