My late husband received this from the sculptor as part of an arrangement they had. My husband paid Arild’s living expenses while he was a student at Pratt in exchange for artwork.

The presented object appears to be a bronze depicting a standing man with a height of 3 feet. This bronze was made by the artist Arild Juel Pettersen (1964). This bronze has the edition of 1/9 and is dated 1983.
Works by this artist were recently not offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
