Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
It is a beautiful bisque shoulderheaded doll. Such antique toys and dolls are being offered at auction on a regular basis.
Your doll is made by the Germany doll manufacturer Armand Marseille. The company produced dolls from the late 1800s to the early 1900s. The shoulderheaded dolls are the earliest. I believe your doll was made around 1885-1900. It appears to be in good condition. The head of the dolls are always the most important and they must be without chips, hairlines or cracks. The body is made of cloth filled with sawdust of some kind. This particular model number is not one of the most sought after, however it would still attract attention if it came up for auction.
The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online toys auction, where I believe the doll has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the Armand Marseille doll. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
