The piece was done somewhere around 1985-86. Piece signed (etched signature) by Zanella. Can send pictures if requested also has original Murano sticker on base. Base to tip of branch 31.5β long. Height is 19β to highest point of branch. Description: Blown glass tree branch with gold leaf blown into the glass. Branch holds 7 multi colored blown glass tropical birds of different types all of the same approximate size. Approximate weight of entire piece including birds is about 35-45 lbs roughly.
No previous shows or exhibitions. Piece was purchased while visiting the Murano Factory in Venice while on vacation in summer of 1986.
