What does this mean?

Dear J. Chiang,

You have a Chinese fishbowl made in second half 20th century. Its well painted with goldfish and water plants. These more modern pieces of porcelain do not have high value yet. These really ned to be a little older to make some good money. Made for export to western countries and marking doe not have meaning value wise. These fish bowls are of course used as planter but original they are not planters.
