It is 46x82 framed over 50 plus years brought from a Michigan design firm I inherited and family had no other info
Friend over 50 years old 46x82 framed under glass ANY MARKINGS OR SIGNATURE are hidden by matting the Viviano family had several Asian pieces all quite valuable however no one in family knows about this piece

This was almost certainly made for the export / tourist market, in either China or Japan (not marked, it's hard to know exactly which), first half of the 20th Century. Nicely decorative but not very valuable, historically.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

CONDITION: not examined out of the frame but appears to be in good condition overall.
