What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a japanese white glazed stoneware dish with splashes of iron brown and light cobalt blue. The oval shape shallow dish has two handles and a divider in the center, the rim is incised with a double line. There is no maker´s mark. The dish was most likely made by a contemporary japanese studio potter or a small workshop.
The estimate is based on similar offered or sold at auction.
