Thank you for contacting Mearto. This is a Japanese Satsuma vase. Satsuma ware is from Satsuma Province in Southern Japan. This kind of ware started to be made in the 1600s, and was heavily produced for export in the 19th century. It uses enamel overglaze in many colors, and often has figural scenes. Your vase resembles those made from the late 19th to mid-20th century. Since there are so many of these on the market, the prices are not very high. Based on similar pieces, the Fair Market Value of this vase is between $50 and $150. I have added a few links below to hammer prices of other Satsuma vases.
