Thank you for your request. The presented object is a painting made in oil paint on canvas with the measurements of 39 x 59 cm. It depicts an interior scene in a Dutch house with three women doing sewing work. The painting is signed in the right corner with the name "N. Artz". Neither from the quality of the painting nor from the shape of the signature this painting was made by David Adolf Constant ARTZ (1837-1890). This painting and this artist is listed as N. ARTZ (XIX-XX) in auction databases. Sadly no further information of the biography is mentioned for this artist in reference books or similar databases.
