I would be grateful for an initial identification insights for a large mid-century studio art glass vase in my collection. Object Specifications: • Type: Tapered cylindrical vase • Height: 40 cm rim is 18cm and base 10.5 cm approximately • Technique: Hand-blown double-spiral cane latticework (doppio filigrana / reticello with a cased ruby red rim • Color: Amber/topaz body with dark spiral canne • UV Reaction: The amber body fluoresces a distinct golden/orange under 365nm UV light (cadmium response) • Base / Condition: Flat-ground, polished concave pontil with natural shelf wear; excellent overall condition with no chips or cracks Origin/ Style: The piece appears to be mid-20th-century Venetian (Murano) work in the style of furnaces such as Fratelli Too, Aureliano Toso, or A.VE.M.
