Markings on the urn are 191 FM Austria, marble base, 16" H, 10" diameter, 26.5 lbs.
I bought it about 1995 from a German art and antique dealer who was closing his shop and returning to Europe. No further info on the urn or its' lineage
Hi Gregg,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
A lot of bronzes were cast in Austria in the first half of the 20th Century but I don't recognize this mark so probably not a foundry of great significance.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

The vasiform two-handled urn with raised lion decoration to the rim, Classical style figural decoration to the body, on a circular foot on marble socle on a bronze square foot with notched corners. Marked "191 FM Austria" to the underside of the bronze foot.
16 inches high, 10 inches diameter
CONDITION: appears to be in good condition
PROVENANCE: acquired in 1995 from a German antiques dealer
