Original Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone poster,it was released to cinemas in the United Kingdom and Ireland on 10 and 11 November 2001 for two days of previews. The film opened on 16 November in the United States, Canada, and Taiwan as well as officially in the United Kingdom and Ireland. In the United States, the term philosopher commonly refers to a scholar of philosophy, rather than an alchemist or magician. Rowling and her American editors decided to change the name to Sorcerer because it had a deeper magical presence and would not misinform U.S. audiences of Flamel's occupation. This is very rare poster maybey the only one "#1" seeing it is the Philosophers Stone and not the Sorcerer Stone poster also signed by 11 cast members. Also bought at an estate sale and owned by a collector.

Hi John,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
I'm about as confident as you are that this poster may be one of a kind - certainly it is the only one of this version that has been autographed that has come to market. To get an idea of the baseline value of this poster, I found two posters of varying comparison:
In April 2021, Sotheby's in London sold another version of the Harry Potter & the Philosopher's Stone that had been signed by Daniel Radcliffe for £2,142 against an estimate of £400/600 (https://www.sothebys.com/en/search?query=harry%20potter%20poster%20philosopher&tab=objects)
On Feb 12, 2023, THIS version of the poster but without any autographs sold at Heritage Auctions for $360 (after the sale, Heritage hides the pre-sale estimate: https://movieposters.ha.com/itm/movie-posters/adventure/harry-potter-and-the-philosopher-s-stone-warner-bros-2001-rolled-very-fine-one-sheet-27-x-40-ss-adventure/a/162307-52142.s?ic4=GalleryView-ShortDescription-071515)
Granted, Daniel Radcliffe's signature is the most important but if his autograph can multiply the estimate by 3-5 times, I would not be surprised if the autographs of the entire cast could warrant multiplying the value by 15-25 times. Add to that the rarity and you'd be looking at a value of $7,000-10,000.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

Can you read the other two? I don't expect they'll add much to the value but I'd like this appraisal to be as correct and complete as possible - thanks!
im sorry there is onlt 10 signatures on this postert..there is one thats signed below the red headed boy we we can not figure it out...,please advise how to find out the last signature thx john
Can you take a detail shot of just that one signature? I'll cross check that against the cast - one of the Weasley brothers perhaps - and see if the signature could be a match...Thanks!
Thank You, yes i added as requested, Top of picture files. Has N.H.N under the name..
Thanks, John.
I couldn't get a good bead on that last signature and while it's hard to qualify how much it's worth without identifying it, it doesn't diminish the value but rather only adds to it.
Thanks,
Delia
THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP...JOHN
