The presented object appears to be an 1879 U.S Navy Benoit Pasquale Presentation Sword. The sword comes with a scabbard and leather straps. This sword was produced by Benoit Pasquale 6 Sons in San Franciso who were the leading manufacturers for equipment of the Pacific Navy.
Comparable objects were recently offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 200 to 400 USD.
