It is a sweet little baby doll.
However after having examined the photos very carefully we have come to the conclusion that it is not an antique doll. The colours of the bisque/porcelain are not right and the overall look of the doll is what copies made in the late 1900s and early 2000s look like. They are a slightly cruder in the porcelain and are missing some of the details the antique baby bisque dolls have.
The sentimental value the doll represents to you will be much higher than the market value.
