What does this mean?

Good morning, Alexa,

Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. I notice in the photograph of the underside of the 8-inch canister, it reads "HAND CUT / CRYSTAL / By Barone / but I can't make out what it says after that. It may help date these - can you read it and tell me what it says?

Thanks!
Delia

I am not currently with the item but the only thing I saw under was "by Barone" and under that is says "Seattle - Portland" from what I could tell. I can double check this evening when I get home. Please let me know if you do need anything else or if you have more questions! Thane!

There is nothing below the Seattle - Portland writing.
