A vintage post-war blond mohair teddy bear
European, probably Germany, mid 20th Century
The jointed long-hair mohair bear with elongated hairless snout, glass eyes, sewn nose and mouth, dressed in a patterned cotton dress, holding a bag in one paw. Stuffed with excelsior, no growler.

The growler would be a fairly large but short cylindrical object, sort of like a very thick (1+ inch) coin. If you can find a way to carefully open the bag to see if there's a button, that would useful in case it says who made this bear. I'm not able to make any attributions to makers.
Whatever it’s stuffed with isn’t soft. More along the lines of hard. I know that it’s jointed. That bag on the one hand has something in it. Feels like a button but the only way to open it is by ripping it. And I don’t know if I should do that. Maybe the growler is inside the bag.
