When will I get my appraisal?

I'm waiting on information from you, as per my initial note.
Please provide the height and approximate diameter so I can accurately assess this pair of jars.
I can get the appraisal out quickly once I have that information.

Height 11 inches round 34in

I think the 34-inches is the circumference rather than the more necessary diameter but the height is sufficient to appraise these.
The shape of these is more akin to vases rather than ginger jars; also the lack of lids is indicative of use for flowers rather than for storage.
Based on the photographs and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

A pair of Chinese export style famille noir parcel gilt porcelain vases
with modern red-glazed Qianlung marks, probably third quarter 20th Century
Of globular section with pinched necks, the body of each profusely decorated with stylized gilt floral patterns on a black ground, marked underneath.

I thought the pair would be worth more i paid $250 for them 25years ago? So the writing on bottom of them doesn't give them any value?

These are not antique, they are vintage at best, and it's likely the price you paid for them was a retail / store price rather than the fair-market value Mearto assigns. The marks on the bottom are reproductions of earlier marks. Currently, these are bringing less than $50 per vase as they are largely decorative.
