Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a late victorian display cabinet featuring ornate carvings in the style of a chinese pagoda. The bevelled mirrors appear to be of western production and some details of the carvings in the ebonized wood appear to be of western origin as well. The absence of any chinese character is an indication too. The estimate is based on similar items of the late 19th century sold at auction. A serious collector or chinese porcelain who would like to put his collection on display might be willing to pay more than the high estimate.
