All English pottery manufactured in a major school or pottery factory would have a factory mark; the fact that yours does not suggests to me that this might be from a much smaller maker. This style was quite common in the late 19th century, during the Aesthetic movement, but really could have been made at any time. Because this is an unattributed piece, I have been conservative in my value and also because I do not have the exact dimensions of this but it looks like it's between 8-10 inches tall...if it is much different fro that please let me know and I will reassess my value.
