This appears to be a second half 20th century japanese inban transfer printed porcelain blow, marked at the base ?峰, an unknown manufacturer of the Arita region in Japan. Such bowls are made for both the japanese domestic and export market. Similar can be bought at auction for very modest prices. The estimate is based on recent auction results for similars. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item.
