This Ginger Vase is an decorative porcelain object realized in China by Chinese manufacture during the Ming dynasty, it was the ruling dynasty in China from 1368-1644.

Than you for the information. I wonder what you make of the initials "D. A." on the bottom of this vase.It seems like someone's signature or mark, but maybe more modern-- not Chinese and it seems it had to be made when the piece was still wet. Does this concern you? Thanks, Rhonda
