Considering the photographs, overall pattern, shape and the painting quality,
I concluded that this is a rectangular four lobed shape painted in under glaze cobalt blue, depicting a waterscape with man in boat, a person crossing a bridge, houses and a pagoda. Da Qing Qianlong Nian Zhi- "Great Qing Qianlong Period Make" Chinese Porcelain, probably 3rd quarter of 20th century. This Qianlong mark under it originally belongs to 18th century. But obviously it was reproduced many many times in 20th century and still being reproduced. There are some very nice examples of original Qianlong made pieces from 18th century to compare this one.

Biggest difference is obviously the style of waves, waves were never made as parallel horizontal lines in the 18th century. But was made like shades of blue on the white porcelain surface. The rest of the painting is also quite carelessly made, colours were used to create volumes in a very unpresice way. Colours usually exceeding the limits of drawing lines are great examples of the difference. The base of the piece is also too widely made for that period, also left very grainy.

Dimensions: 12 Inches Wide and 7 1/2 Inches Tall

Condition: Very good condition without visible cracks or chips.

Provenance: Part of a blue and white ceramic collection that was purchased from a closing antique shop.

Entirely hand painted, regardless the quality hand painting is all over the piece. Mark underneath is also made by hand.
