What does this mean?

Dear Rhonda,

You have Chinese porcelain lidded box made second half 20th century. Unfortunately it is not an antique. It is hand painted though; many of the later production is transfer printed. The Chienlung mark ( Emperor from 1735 until1796 ) seems stamped or printed. 97% of all Chinese hallmarks on Chinese porcelain are not representing the period it is made. Mostly they used it for quality reasons or to honor the old emperor but also just beacuse with stamp it sells better. Your box has unfortunately little value..
