Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be modern reproduction of a Yuan dynasty blue and white porcelain jar , most likely produced not long ago in Jingdezhen. It is a well done reproduction, but unfortunately not the real thing. The estimate is based on similar vases sold at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
