There should be a signature - most likely either on the inside or outside of the foot - of the decorator, as well as the Kosta Boda mark. Can you check for those and - if they are there - take a photo(s) and upload them to this inquiry?

Based on the photographs and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
An opaque glass mushroom
Handmade in Sweden by Kosta Boda, circa 1970s-1980s
8 inches high, greatest diameter 6 1/2 inches
bears original factory sticker marked "BODA"
PROVENANCE: gallery/dealer
CONDITION: not examined in person but appears to be in good condition

I could not find any signature or mark other than a small, square or rectangular sticker which said "BODA" and in small letters "Handmade" and "Sweden".
