Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a so called cold cast pewter sculpture ( cast resin with metal powder), most likely of a larger "limited" Edition, by C. A. Pardell, bearing a signature, with an incised title "both are hooked". The estimate is based on similar offered or sold at auction. "Asking prices" in the trade can be higher and vary.
