Made of very smooth, lightly tarnished bronze, the pig is seated on its rear haunches with front legs straight and head raised at the sky, ears spread wide. The pig is mounted on a small, rectangular bronze plinth about 1/4" thick. The item weighs just under three pounds. At the rear of the plinth, just behind the pig's right hindquarters, there's a signature: © FB (or EB) 98
The plinth on which the pig is mounted is 4 1/4" long and 2 1/2" wide. The snout--the highest part of the pig--is 4 inches high.
