This is antique American Carnival Glass from the early 20th century. The molded mark on the underside of the letter N in a circle is for the maker, Northwood of Ohio originally then Pennsylvania. The bowl has a molded basket weave pattern on the outer side and bas-relief molded fruits on the inside with ruffled rim and pie crust edge; the glass itself is iridescent blue or purple (if you hold this up to a light, you can see the 'true' glass color). The pattern is called "Three Fruits" and was introduced in 1910. This pattern is extremely desirable and valuable in their opal color; your dark iridescent color is sought after as well though does not garner as high as the opal color.
