Hello Saso,
I’m very glad that you chose Mearto for your online appraisal,
Considering the photographs, overall pattern, porcelain quality and the colours, I concluded that this is an Entirely Hand Painted Pot, Bowl with Handles designed and painted in style of Majolica pieces. The piece likely dates back to the period from 1980 to 1990. Although Majolica is a European style of hand painting this piece is likely made in United States and has some American interpretation to it's decoration. This can especially be see from the painting style trees on the piece, these are usually not painted in this style on European pieces. Similar items reportedly labeled as from California but could be from anywhere in the country at the time. The piece has handles on both sides, painted with blue decorative stripes. The main motif on the piece is "Rooster" and it has been duplicated through the pattern for a couple of times, both on the lid and on the lower body. The piece does not have any type of signature, mark or writing. The piece is in fair condition with a very large broken area, it was likely reattached.
