What you have is a buddha figure made of polystone, a type of plastic, made in China or other place in late 20th century.It has purely decorative value and not antiques value i'm afraid. I say maybe an other place but its hard to tell; Buddha statues are interesting to trade, so it can also be made in an other place. If you have a metal molt you can pour the polystone in it and afterwards polish the statue or use other technics to make it look realistic.
