Dear Gabor,

Thank you for the additional images and your patience.

Sadly regarding technical problems, the images and messages were not displayed. I apologize for the delay of the appraisal.

The presented object appears to be a bronze mirror with a sculptural decor depicting the goddess Venus and two winged lions. The surface of this piece appears to be aged artificially. Also, the manner of the details of the decor are too rough that this piece is an original bronze mirror from the Roman Period.
Sadly these arguments classify this object as a modern forgery.

With kind regards,
Georg
