Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a chinese pot metal Figurine, manufactured in the 1990s. These statues were often inspired by French art nouveau figurines, e.g. by the works of Demétre Haralamb Chiparus ( Dumitru Haralamb Chipăruș ), one of the leading sculptors of the art nouveau / art deco era. The chinese reproductions came in various sizes and were / are being sold on "antiques" fairs or fleamarkets.
