Found in a trunk while cleaning out my in-law's estate. My husband is 64 and has never seen it before.Height is 13 1/2 inches and diameter is 6 inches. Similar examples have been offered at auction and regularly sell in the range of $500USD to $600USD. These examples, while of the same form as this, usually bear a different color of enamel at the base, more gold and green; because of the unusual and striking red to purple, I think this example might fetch a smidgen more at auction.
