I can't quite make out the square marks other than MADE IN HUNGARY. Looks like there is a paper label fragment as well but there isn't enough to make an identification.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A Hungarian Arts and Crafts style earthenware vase
20th Century
Of ovoid form with ring-turned neck, orange and red floral decoration on a brown ground, stamped underneath MADE IN HUNGARY and HM/MIM impressed mark.
11 1/2 inches high

I can't find that mark in any of my porcelain books or online databases we have access to. I've added it to the description but it doesn't change the value.
