Dear Stacey,
What you have hear is a terracotta head with a white engobe. Although the expression of the statue is Indian I believe its made in China. Its not very old but purely decorative. Its a buddhist figure, a lady. Could be Tara. Not sure about that because there are not much style characteristics to look for. Value is purely decorative.
