Thank you for contacting Mearto. This is a brass statuette of a bodhisattva holding a lotus flower. The lotus indicates that it could be the deity Padmapani, a manifestation of Avalokiteśvara. The style appears to be Southeast Asian or perhaps Indian. I have not seen this particular style of headdress. It is similar to Thai headdresses; I linked to an example below. Other aspects of the piece, like the jewelry and indentations look similar to Indian sculptures; see link below.
As for dating, the likelihood is that it was made in the last two centuries, because there are so many reproductions out there. However, you might send an image to Sotheby’s or Christie's to see if they bite.
