What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. I only have a faint idea of the size and material of this bust. Judging from the photo, the bust was exposed to the open, which only a marble or sandstone or composition stone (concrete) bust would survive. Depicted is most likely Diana, the goddess of the hunt. It could be an architectural element of the 18th century or a much later reproduction. Either way it is a decorative architectural element which would work also as garden Ornament. If you can provide a provenance, history of the house including some photos of where the bust originaly was placed the value could be near the high value. If it is concrete the value would be near the low estimate.
