S. and Germany. This hallmark was used by the manufacturer Reinhold Schlegelmilch in Germany between 1914 and 1945. The porcelain painter signed with his name "C. Krans". Sadly no further information of the biography is mentioned for this artist in auction records or similar databases.
This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
